Ingredients-
Basil and neem -4-4 leaves respectively
Giloy-10gm
Clove and cardamom- 2-2
Turmeric,muleti, parsley, dry gourd – all take one pinch
Cumin seeds- 5gm
Jaggery and honey 20gm if needed
Water- 300ml
Recipe- Take 300ml of water in a pan put all ingredients in a measured amount into it, except for jaggery and honey.
Boil this mixture until it reduces to almost 150 ml.
After that, add jaggery or 20gm honey, if needed.
Then drink it slowly like tea.
