Yoga was the method developed by Great Aacharayas to slow down the inevitable decay of the body organs and to unlock the treasures of energy from the universe. It is also noteworthy here that according to our ancient scriptures,  Indian saints lived for thousands of years, which today is magical and impossible.

According to Our spiritual scriptures, a lifetime is fixed on the number of breaths that a person takes. A pranayama is a form of Yoga that focuses on deep breathing. When Pranayam is practiced, it drastically enhances the span of each breath, decreasing the number of breaths per minute, thus increasing the longevity of survival.

To do so, sit relaxed in sukhasana.

– Take a deep breath, inhale, so that the lungs are filled with air.

–  Also concentrate on the meditation words within.

– Hold your breath for as long as you can and keep meditating.

– Exhale the breath slowly at first and then push it out completely.

– Once breath is taken out completely, hold there for as long as you can and keep meditating.

This is one cycle of Pranayama with meditation. Do this exercise for 15 minutes twice a day at least half an hour before the meal.
