True happiness is an emotional state of mind which is achieved through inclusion of positivism and joyful emotions. Now, the question is how to achieve true happiness?

The power of meditation is beyond imagination. It can enrich the soul with absolute energy, making the things possible that seem impossible. Meditation is magical and those who realize the magic, enjoy the abundance of joys.
